Setting Up APN for ESIM-Man eSIMs

Your APN, or Access Point Name, may need to be customized in order to access data with certain ESIM-Man eSIMs. To find the APN details for your eSIM, follow these steps:

1. Go to the eSIM installation page on MY ESIMS > DETAILS > INSTALL ESIM/ACCESS DATA.

iOS APN Setup

To set up an APN on iOS, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings on your iOS device.
2. Go to cellular/mobile data.
3. Select your eSIM under cellular/mobile data plans.
4. Go to cellular/mobile data network.
5. Enter the APN settings provided in the eSIM installation details. Ensure the APN settings are written in all lowercase and as one word. For example, _globaldata_.
6. Leave the other fields blank.

Android APN Setup

To set up an APN on Android, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings on your Android device.
2. Go to the network & internet section.
3. Go to mobile networks.
4. Go to access point names.
5. Enter the APN settings from the eSIM installation details. Ensure the APN settings are written in all lowercase and as one word. For example, _globaldata_.
6. Leave the other fields blank.

Note that different eSIMs may have different APN requirements. You can find your specific eSIM’s APN by visiting the install eSIM/access data page on your ESIM-Man account. If the APN is not available, it means that the eSIM’s APN is automatically configured.
