Setting Up Your eSIM
You can install your eSIM either before or after you land, depending on your activation policy. To set up your eSIM, complete the Access Data Steps by following these instructions:
- For local and regional eSIMs, go to “MY ESIMS” and tap “DETAILS”. Then tap “INSTALL ESIM/ACCESS DATA” and save a screenshot by selecting “SAVE A SCREENSHOT”.
- For global eSIMs, go to “MY ESIMS” and tap “DETAILS”. Then tap “INSTALL ESIM/ACCESS DATA” and save a screenshot by selecting “SAVE A SCREENSHOT”. You can also select your next destination country to save the settings accordingly.
It’s important to note that the APN settings may vary depending on the country. That’s why it’s crucial to choose the country when saving the installation/access data steps for your desired destination.
