Installation Process

This section provides instructions on how to manually install the eSIM on both Android and iOS devices. If you encounter any difficulties while trying to scan the provided QR-code, these steps will guide you through the manual installation process.

iOS Devices

There are two methods available for installing the eSIM on iOS devices: the Direct method and the manual method. Here, we will focus on the manual method.

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab and locate the MANUAL INSTALLATION details.

2. On your device, go to SETTINGS.

3. Navigate to CELLULAR/MOBILE.

4. Select ADD CELLULAR/MOBILE PLAN.

5. Choose ENTER DETAILS MANUALLY and enter the required information.

6. Turn on your eSIM under CELLULAR/MOBILE PLAN.

7. Select your eSIM for CELLULAR/MOBILE DATA.

8. If necessary, enable DATA ROAMING and set up an APN.

Android Devices

For Android devices, follow these steps to manually install the eSIM:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab and locate the MANUAL INSTALLATION details.

2. Access SETTINGS on your device.

3. Tap on NETWORK & INTERNET.

4. Tap the ADD icon next to MOBILE NETWORK.

5. Tap NEXT and select ENTER CODE MANUALLY.

6. Enter the QR code information provided on the Manual installation tab.

7. Turn on your eSIM under MOBILE NETWORK.

8. Enable MOBILE DATA, DATA ROAMING, and set up an APN if needed.
