Troubleshooting PDP Authentication Failure

If you are experiencing a PDP Authentication Failure error when using the eSIM on your device, it may be due to a problem with your settings or eSIM data/validity. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check APN Settings: Ensure that the Access Point Name (APN) is set correctly according to the information provided on the eSIM installation page. Incorrect APN settings can prevent the device from establishing a data connection, resulting in a PDP Authentication Failure error.

2. Verify Remaining Data: Make sure that there is remaining data on the eSIM. Attempting to connect without any available data can also lead to a PDP Authentication Failure error.

3. Confirm Supported Network: Double-check that you are connected to a supported network as mentioned on the eSIM installation page. Connecting to an unsupported network can cause the PDP Authentication Failure error to occur.

4. Reset Network Settings: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can try resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this will reset your device’s Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, as well as VPN and APN settings.

5. Contact Support: If the problem persists even after following the troubleshooting steps above, it is recommended to reach out to our support team for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with personalized guidance and resolve any underlying issues causing the PDP Authentication Failure error.
