I can’t connect with my eSIM on my iOS device

Accessing Data for eSIM Installation on iOS Device

To successfully connect your eSIM on an iOS device, it is essential to complete the Access Data steps. Follow the instructions below to locate the Access Data steps for your eSIM:

  • Go to MY ESIMS > DETAILS > INSTALL ESIM/ACCESS DATA.

Connecting to the Supported Network

To connect to the supported network, follow these steps:

  1. Go to SETTINGS on your device.
  2. Select CELLULAR/MOBILE.
  3. Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR PLANS.
  4. Proceed to NETWORK SELECTION.
  5. Disable the AUTOMATIC option.
  6. Select the Network specified in your Access Data information.

Updating APN Settings

If you need to update the APN settings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to SETTINGS on your device.
  2. Select CELLULAR/MOBILE.
  3. Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR/MOBILE DATA PLANS.
  4. Proceed to CELLULAR DATA NETWORK.
  5. Enter the new APN settings in the Cellular/Mobile Data APN field as instructed in the Access Data (all lower case, all one word).
  6. Leave the other fields blank.

Enabling Data Roaming

To turn on data roaming for your eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to SETTINGS on your device.
  2. Select CELLULAR/MOBILE.
  3. Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR PLANS.
  4. Ensure that the Roaming option is set to ON.
