Connecting eSIM on Android Device

If you are experiencing difficulties connecting your eSIM on an Android device, it is important to check the necessary settings for your eSIM. These settings can be found by navigating to “MY ESIMS” > “DETAILS” > “INSTALL ESIM/ACCESS DATA”.

Enabling Data Roaming

To enable data roaming, you need to:

  1. Go to “SETTINGS” on your device.
  2. Select “MOBILE NETWORK”.
  3. Choose your eSIM.
  4. Ensure that “ROAMING” is set to ON.

Updating APN Settings

To update the Access Point Name (APN) settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to “SETTINGS”.
  2. Select “NETWORK & INTERNET”.
  3. Choose “MOBILE NETWORKS”.
  4. Select “ACCESS POINT NAMES”.
  5. Tap the “+” or “ADD” button.
  6. Enter the new APN settings exactly as provided in the eSIM installation details.
  7. Ensure that all lowercase letters are used and there are no spaces.
  8. Click “SAVE” and leave the other fields blank.

Checking Network Connection

It is also crucial to confirm that your device is connected to supported networks.
