Checking if Your Device is Locked
If you are encountering an error while trying to install an eSIM on your device, it is possible that your device is locked to a specific network. To determine if this is the issue, follow these steps:
- Go to SETTINGS > GENERAL and tap ABOUT.
- Look for the message “NO SIM RESTRICTIONS” under CARRIER LOCK.
- If you do not see the “NO SIM RESTRICTIONS” message, it indicates that your device is locked to a specific network.
- In this case, please contact your carrier to have your device unlocked.
