The ICCID Number

When you need assistance with your eSIM, our support team will ask you to provide the unique serial number, also known as the ICCID Number, of the eSIM card. This number consists of 20 digits and is globally unique.

To retrieve the ICCID Number, you can either use the ESIM-Man mobile application or the ESIM-Man website. Here’s how:

Retrieving the ICCID Number from the ESIM-Man Mobile Application

1. Log in to your ESIM-Man account.
2. Go to My eSIMs.
3. Select the concerned eSIM.
4. Tap Details.
5. Copy the ICCID Number.

Retrieving the ICCID Number from the ESIM-Man Website

1. Log in to your ESIM-Man account.
2. Go to MY ESIMS.
3. Click DETAILS on the concerned eSIM.
4. Copy the ICCID Number.
