When can I use the same eSIM?

Using and Managing your eSIM

When you purchase an eSIM, you have the option to buy top-up data packages that provide additional data for your eSIM. It is important to note that you should not delete the eSIM if you plan on using it again in the future. Instead, keep the eSIM installed on your device and simply turn it off under Cellular Data Plans when you are not using it.

If there are available top-up packages, you can continue adding them to your eSIM. However, please be aware that your eSIM and data packages can only be used in the supported country or countries.

In the event that there are no available top-up options for your eSIM, it is designed for one-time use only. Once the data package is used up or has expired, it is safe to remove the eSIM from your device.

If you plan on using your eSIM in a different country, it is crucial to ensure that both your eSIM and data packages support the country you are going to. Failure to do so will render the eSIM unusable.

It is also important to note that local eSIMs are specifically designed to support one country only, while regional and global eSIMs can be used in multiple countries.
