Recharging Your eSIM
If you want to recharge your eSIM, it is important to determine whether it is a rechargeable eSIM or not. You can check this information before making a purchase by reviewing the “Additional information” tab.
After purchasing an eSIM, you can easily find the “Top up” option under the “My eSIMs” tab. The “Top up” feature is only available for rechargeable eSIMs.
To add a new package to a rechargeable eSIM, follow these steps:
- Log into your ESIM-Man account.
- Navigate to the “My eSIMs” section.
- Select the specific eSIM for which you want to add a new package.
- Choose the desired top-up package.
Note that if there is no “Top-up” button or it does not function as expected, it could indicate one of two possibilities:
- The eSIM is non-rechargeable.
- There has been a network carrier change.
In either case, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
If the top-up does not activate automatically after recharging, you can try the following steps:
- Restart your phone after topping up the service.
- Alternatively, toggle airplane mode on and off, which may help recover the connection.
