eSIM-Compatible Devices
The list below includes a variety of eSIM-compatible devices from different brands:
- Apple devices: Various models of iPhones and iPads support eSIM technology. However, some Apple devices originating from mainland China and Hong Kong/Macao do not have eSIM capability. Additionally, for iPhones and iPads purchased in Turkey, the activation process for eSIM may differ based on the date of setup. Please ensure that your Apple device is carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible.
- Samsung devices: Various models of Galaxy phones and Galaxy Note support eSIM technology. However, some Samsung devices from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or the USA may not have eSIM capability. Most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in South Korea do not support eSIM, except for specific models. It’s important to note that the availability of eSIM for the Galaxy A54 5G may vary depending on the country/region and carrier. The eSIM capability of Galaxy S21 series devices from Canada and the USA may require a specific software update.
- Google Pixel devices: Various models of Pixel phones support eSIM. However, Pixel 3 and 3 XL do not have eSIM capability.

In addition to the Apple, Samsung, and Google Pixel devices, there are several other brands and models that support eSIM. Here is a list of some of these devices:

- Dell laptops: Dell Latitude 7440, Latitude 7210 2-in-1, Latitude 9410, Latitude 7310, Latitude 7410, Latitude 9510, Latitude 5410, Latitude 5411, and Latitude 5511
- HP laptops: HP Elitebook G5, Probook G5, Zbook G5, and Spectre Folio 13
- Lenovo laptops: ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga 2 in 1, ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9, ThinkPad X1 Fold, ThinkPad X1 Nano, ThinkPad X12 Detachable, Flex 5G, Yoga C630, Miix 630, Yoga 520, and Yoga 720 (2-in-1 models)
- Surface devices: Surface Pro 9, Surface Go 3, Surface Pro X, Surface Duo 2, and Surface Duo
Important Notes
- For Windows 10 devices, it’s important to have Windows 10 version 1703 or later and ensure that the device is LTE-ready in order to use an eSIM.
- If you have a Surface device that is AT&T-locked, it does not support eSIMs. Please contact your carrier to confirm eSIM capability on the Surface Duo.
