Deleting Your ESIM-Man Account
As a user of ESIM-Man, you have the option to delete your account and associated data whenever you choose. This can be done through the ESIM-Man mobile app or the website. Follow the instructions below to request the deletion of your account.
Deleting Your Account on the ESIM-Man App
To delete your account on the ESIM-Man app, follow these steps:
- Tap on your profile within the app.
- Navigate to the account information section.
- Select “Delete Account”.
- Choose the reason for your account deletion request.
- Tap “Continue” to proceed.
- Read and review the terms and conditions before deleting your account.
- Tap “Delete Account” to confirm the deletion.
- Once your account deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message. Click “OK, GOT IT” to complete the process.
Deleting Your Account on the ESIM-Man Website
To delete your account on the ESIM-Man website, follow these steps:
- Click on your name on the website.
- Navigate to the account information section.
- Click “Delete Account”.
- Select the reason for your account deletion request.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
- Review the terms and conditions before deleting your account.
- Click “Delete Account” to confirm the deletion.
- Once your account deletion request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message. Click “OK, GOT IT” to complete the process.
Please note that if you change your mind within seven days of submitting your account deletion request, you can log in to your ESIM-Man account and cancel the deletion.
