Getting Started with eSIM on iOS Devices<\/h3>\n

Before setting up an eSIM on your iOS device, it’s important to ensure that your device is compatible with eSIMs and is carrier-unlocked. Follow the steps below to check compatibility and set up your eSIM.<\/p>\n

Checking Device Compatibility<\/h3>\n

To check if your iOS device supports eSIMs, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Open the ESIM-MAN app on your device.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap on “MY ESIMS.”<\/li>\n
  3. Select the desired eSIM.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap on “VIEW INSTRUCTIONS.”<\/li>\n
  5. Tap on “QR Code.”<\/li>\n
  6. Tap on “SHARE QR CODE” and save the image.<\/li>\n
  7. Exit the ESIM-MAN app and go to “Settings.”<\/li>\n
  8. Tap on “Cellular” or “Mobile.”<\/li>\n
  9. Tap on “ADD ESIM.”<\/li>\n
  10. Tap on “USE QR CODE.”<\/li>\n
  11. Tap on “Open Photos.”<\/li>\n
  12. Select the saved QR CODE.<\/li>\n
  13. Tap on “CONTINUE” twice.<\/li>\n
  14. Wait for a few minutes for the eSIM to activate.<\/li>\n
  15. Tap on “DONE.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once the eSIM is installed, you can add a label to the eSIM by following these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Tap on “SECONDARY.”<\/li>\n
    2. Enter “ESIM-MAN” or your preferred label.<\/li>\n
    3. Tap on “DONE.”<\/li>\n
    4. Tap on “CONTINUE.”<\/li>\n
    5. Select the PRIMARY LINE for calls and text messages.<\/li>\n
    6. Tap on “CONTINUE.”<\/li>\n
    7. Select the PRIMARY LINE for iMessage & FaceTime.<\/li>\n
    8. Tap on “CONTINUE.”<\/li>\n
    9. Select the ESIM-MAN eSIM for Cellular\/Mobile Data.<\/li>\n
    10. Ensure that “Allow Cellular Data Switching” is turned off.<\/li>\n
    11. Tap on “CONTINUE.”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once the setup is complete, the installation page will close, and your eSIM will be activated on your iOS device.<\/p>\n

      Accessing Data on your eSIM<\/h3>\n

      To access data on your eSIM, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

      1. Tap on your ESIM.<\/li>\n
      2. Ensure that the eSIM is enabled by toggling “TURN ON THIS LINE” if needed.<\/li>\n
      3. Check if data roaming needs to be enabled by viewing the ESIM instructions in the ESIM-MAN app.<\/li>\n
      4. To enable or disable data roaming, toggle the setting accordingly.<\/li>\n
      5. Go to “Cellular” or “Mobile” settings.<\/li>\n
      6. Tap on “Cellular” or “Mobile Data” and select the eSIM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Your eSIM should automatically connect to a supported mobile network. If you require further assistance or have any questions, please contact our support team.<\/p>\n
