First and foremost, your device must be both ESIM-compatible and network unlocked. This means that your device needs to support ESIMs and should not be locked to a specific network.<\/p>\n<p>If your device is newly unlocked, it is possible that your mobile carrier has temporarily disabled eSIM support. This is done for security reasons to ensure that only authorized individuals can install ESIMs on their devices. However, if you need to use an ESIM on your unlocked device, you can reach out to your mobile carrier for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Contacting your mobile carrier is necessary to either unlock your device or override the security settings that may be preventing you from using an ESIM.
