Recharging Your eSIM<\/h3>\n

If you want to recharge your eSIM, it is important to determine whether it is a rechargeable eSIM or not. You can check this information before making a purchase by reviewing the “Additional information” tab.<\/p>\n

After purchasing an eSIM, you can easily find the “Top up” option under the “My eSIMs” tab. The “Top up” feature is only available for rechargeable eSIMs.<\/p>\n

To add a new package to a rechargeable eSIM, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log into your ESIM-Man account.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the “My eSIMs” section.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the specific eSIM for which you want to add a new package.<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the desired top-up package.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note that if there is no “Top-up” button or it does not function as expected, it could indicate one of two possibilities:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The eSIM is non-rechargeable.<\/li>\n
    2. There has been a network carrier change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In either case, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.<\/p>\n

      If the top-up does not activate automatically after recharging, you can try the following steps:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Restart your phone after topping up the service.<\/li>\n
      2. Alternatively, toggle airplane mode on and off, which may help recover the connection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
