Follow the instructions below to locate the Access Data steps for your eSIM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to MY ESIMS > DETAILS > INSTALL ESIM\/ACCESS DATA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Connecting to the Supported Network<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To connect to the supported network, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to SETTINGS on your device.<\/li>\n<li>Select CELLULAR\/MOBILE.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR PLANS.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to NETWORK SELECTION.<\/li>\n<li>Disable the AUTOMATIC option.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Network specified in your Access Data information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Updating APN Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you need to update the APN settings, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to SETTINGS on your device.<\/li>\n<li>Select CELLULAR\/MOBILE.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR\/MOBILE DATA PLANS.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to CELLULAR DATA NETWORK.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the new APN settings in the Cellular\/Mobile Data APN field as instructed in the Access Data (all lower case, all one word).<\/li>\n<li>Leave the other fields blank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Enabling Data Roaming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To turn on data roaming for your eSIM, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to SETTINGS on your device.<\/li>\n<li>Select CELLULAR\/MOBILE.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your eSIM under CELLULAR PLANS.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the Roaming option is set to ON.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Troubleshooting and Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you require further assistance, you can access a helpful video tutorial for troubleshooting.
