Installation Process<\/H3><\/p>\n

\nThis section provides instructions on how to manually install the eSIM on both Android and iOS devices. If you encounter any difficulties while trying to scan the provided QR-code, these steps will guide you through the manual installation process.\n<\/p>\n

iOS Devices<\/H3><\/p>\n

\nThere are two methods available for installing the eSIM on iOS devices: the Direct method and the manual method. Here, we will focus on the manual method.\n<\/p>\n

    \nGo to the My eSIMs tab and locate the MANUAL INSTALLATION details.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    \nOn your device, go to SETTINGS.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    \nNavigate to CELLULAR\/MOBILE.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    \nSelect ADD CELLULAR\/MOBILE PLAN.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    \nChoose ENTER DETAILS MANUALLY and enter the required information.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    \nTurn on your eSIM under CELLULAR\/MOBILE PLAN.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    \nSelect your eSIM for CELLULAR\/MOBILE DATA.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    \nIf necessary, enable DATA ROAMING and set up an APN.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Android Devices<\/H3><\/p>\n

    \nFor Android devices, follow these steps to manually install the eSIM:\n<\/p>\n

      \nGo to the My eSIMs tab and locate the MANUAL INSTALLATION details.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \nAccess SETTINGS on your device.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      \nTap on NETWORK & INTERNET.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      \nTap the ADD icon next to MOBILE NETWORK.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      \nTap NEXT and select ENTER CODE MANUALLY.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      \nEnter the QR code information provided on the Manual installation tab.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      \nTurn on your eSIM under MOBILE NETWORK.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    8. \n

      \nEnable MOBILE DATA, DATA ROAMING, and set up an APN if needed.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
